Besides a lot of junk from styling past shoots which is purely unintentional, I collect overheard conversations in my NOTES app on my iPhone. I enjoy collecting these words both from overheard exchanges between strangers and phrases from those close to me. These real life conversations, these words inform my writing, but also my relationships –… Read More @Missmadhatter005: What, if anything, do you collect?
There is a lot of imposter syndrome in our industry especially amongst women. This is a generalization, but I have watched many women make themselves feel smaller in spaces where we should demand space or be villainized for being too much. Be unapologetic, this is advice I still have to learn. Stick up for your vision… Read More @Missmadhatter005: What advice do you have for other women in the industry?

Believe you are worthy, and that inspiration does not come without provision. Many of us quit before we even start because of a lack of belief. Trust that the gifts you have been given will make room for you. In the same breath, nothing great can be accomplished alone. Do what you can on your… Read More @TamalaBaldwin @bubblybrownsugarseries: What advice do you have for other women in the industry?
