@gracieraena: What is a successful moment in your career so far? I went to Oxford. I was going to be a lawyer. Everyone saw this as the “most successful” thing I’d ever done. I was later hooked up with lawyers in London, I was offered a job. Everything was set. I secretly applied to New York Stage & Film apprentice program because I wanted to be an actress. I had never told anyone. There weren’t really opportunities in high school or college. There was a one in a million chance I’d get in, with no experience, but based off my audition and essays they actually offered me a scholarship. So I went to New York! It wasn’t some huge break through into the industry, but it was one of the first moments I stood in my truth.
