@xo_seri: What is a successful moment in your career so far? A successful moment for me is any moment I choose to sit back in gratitude. I’ve been so lucky to have had the opportunity to be cast in wonderful shows and work with some amazing directors. And I’ve also been lucky in the people who have come to collaborate on the projects I’ve directed. I felt very successful on my most recent short film, Take Care, Brother. I can be prone to taking on too many responsibilities and stressing myself out in the process and then my skin breaks out and it’s awful. But on this project I was working with an incredible producer (also lead actor!), a bad ass first AD, and a light-hearted and professional DP. Between the three of them, and of course the strength of the rest of the crew, I was able to focus and do my work and not feel an ounce of stress, and my skin stayed clear the whole time!
