I’ll steer away from the lecture and just say finding my place amongst all the noise. To have my voice heard in a business that sometimes doesn’t care what you say, but rather how loud you say it. Also, I constantly remind myself of the need to balance physical production with creativity. This business sometimes tends to classify you and I need to keep that lined blurred.
