@heatherAtaylor: What is your biggest concern with the future? Professionally, my biggest concern is the speed of change in the composition of the industry. It’s a slow shift to create a diverse mix of people on both sides of the camera and I feel like the utopia of equality won’t be realized in my lifetime. Personally, I’ve recently realized that I won’t be able to retire until I’m 89 so all the jokes I made about working till I’m dead is coming true.
