It’s easy to think everything is falling apart and ‘it’s not like it used to be’…. well, it’s not – and it never will be. It’s always evolving, just like everything. Markets, technology, entertainment and people advance and change. We have more access to music and artists now than ever before, but I think it’s also harder to make money in music. We have to move with the times, which can be demanding and burdensome. I enjoy creative development and strategizing how to grow and where to move next. With any concern, it’s important to talk it through and listen to other perspectives, even if you disagree.
