@411musicgroup: What is a successful moment in your career so far? For me, there isn’t one single moment of success. It’s a consistent building process. Starting and growing 411 Music Group is an accomplishment in itself. Taking a leap and being bold is an achievement. It’s hard to sustain a business, but I like the challenge. I also like seeing momentum after working really hard to get something brand new off the ground. I’m putting the building blocks in place now for the future of where we are heading. Aside from that, being able to speak on panels and in classrooms is really fun. I learn from students and can give back at the same time.
