@jennaciralli: What advice do you have for other women in the industry? Run your own race. Create your own path. And really listen to the people you trust re: your strengths and weaknesses. When you nurture that, side by side, with who you know yourself to be, I find it provides an unshakable foundation. Use that as a True North to come back to when you feel lost. Find the boiling point of your specific stories and create content. Do not wait for someone to give you a green light. Give yourself that green light. Constantly. You have to be the first person there for you. And when those roots are firmly planted, you’ll be able to more genuinely help other women and create successful teams. Teams need the clarity and freedom of playing to individual skill sets. Also – say no. If you cannot say no, what is your yes worth?
