On a personal level, I am always concerned about achieving my career goals, and still finding time in my life to achieve personal goals. I do worry about balancing a future family life with work and my career. On a global level, we are in the middle of a huge cultural shift, and I think we should work to create more opportunities for the voices of women to be heard. I hope that we emerge from this moment in history more respectful of each other.
