What advice do you have for other women in the industry? Asking for what you want financially can be very intimidating. You have to get to a point, spiritually, where you don’t care if you’re rejected or not. It’s very liberating actually. The struggle comes when we think our work defines our worth in the world. When I detached myself from that notion, I feel completely free, and I usually attract more work than I can handle.
