What’s a defining moment in your life? Listening to the Clash’s “London Calling”. I played it over and over again. It gave voice to my frustrations as a teenager and my uncertainty for the future. But it also confirmed for me that the last thing I wanted for my life was conformity. I wasn’t gonna work for the clampdown.
