Pamela: I’m big on the little wins. In my eyes, the most successful moments I’ve had were when I was pinned for roles on network television shows. Even though I didn’t end up booking them, getting those pins took me years of auditioning. Before that, even getting into rooms for those kinds of auditions took me years. Moving past each obstacle with the amazing support and collaboration I get from my manager is a win for me.
