Hmm, that things won’t shift. Or they’ll shift backward. Again. That in 20 years, we’ll still be undoing the mess that was created when this country began. And yes, it’ll take time but things are shifting so immensely right now that, maybe it won’t be long…?
Moving to England to get my Master’s degree from the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art. I have a lot of family in England too. I loved living there!
Words are the way forward. A twist of phrase or brilliant metaphor gets me hot. Being able to write those words or speak them is like breathing. So much soul in that.

I collect vintage types of vinyl records. I like to listen to music and how it’s recorded in its truest form. I like to hear the technical side of the music that we rarely get to experience today because everything is in digital format. Don’t Stop. Continue to create. Continue to network, even if it seems like things aren’t going the way you planned, don’t stop planning and keep on working.
A successful moment in my career is when I wrote, produced, and directed a short film, all while working full time as a director’s assistant on a tv show. I barely slept, but I got it done.
My biggest concern with the future is that people will stop fighting for injustices in the world after minor victories.
I strongly believe in Aristotle’s philosophy that everything happens for a reason. So I like to look at my successes, my failures, and the obstacles I face as defining moments in my life because I believe it all has a purpose for future events.
