 It was a break up, actually. The kind of break up that shatters your heart so completely you don’t think that it will ever be whole again. You cry everyday for 3 months. You know that break up? Oh and it was in an email after two years of dating. Ugh! But having lived the bulk of my life in fear, the break up was my rock bottom and there was nothing to fear anymore. After finally picking myself up, I started funding my feature, The Wedding Invitation, and I’ve never looked back… And never stopped. Here we are three years post break up and The Wedding Invitation is on the festival circuit. We’ve played 5 festivals, have 4 wins, 1 nomination and 4 more festivals in the next month. .
