@jennaciralli: What’s a defining moment in your life? Receiving a Big Sky Grant from the Montana Film Office to make my short film Willow Creek Road. After 15 years away from my home state, I felt welcomed back to a place that resides deep in my bones. It was a deeply moving homecoming. I felt complete — returning with a quality of training, self-knowledge and life experience. An absolute full circle. And my whole community, now spread nationwide, donated funds to help us get there. I’m so proud of both their vote of confidence and team-playing generosity. This is community built from living in MT, college in OR at Willamette University and NYC area with pit stops along the way. They got my back.
