Probably directing my first short film “With(Out) You.” I never thought I would be a director–it was never in my plan. I have been a writer for more than half my life and I know, without a doubt, that I am very good at it! But, when my friend asked me to direct her short, I couldn’t say no! Taking that project all the way (from the writing process to completion) the directing experience, and having it accepted into festivals was a huge moment. I now know that I am not only capable of doing this, but I can do it really well. Bad Bitch tings!
