My advice is to keep going, show compassion and strength when your working with people and most importantly don’t give up, no matter how hard it may become. Even if you have to step away and come back. To try new areas of the industry to learn from and to always find a way to reach and give back to others in the industry.  It’s not easy in this industry no matter what area your in, but if your living your passions your thriving.
