The top successful moment for me was when I wrote my very first script (with a tv script writer), and then pulled together a crew and team to shoot. Then seeing my words come to life on film and getting to see others enjoy it, also giving young crew industry workers opportunities  (even on indie) and now seeing them being successful in their fields
