Right now, I am working on setting a premiere for Crystal & Chelsea, an independent pilot I wrote with my best friend Khiyon Hursey, starred in, and produced alongside my good friend Miranda Pancheco. It is very timely and about a psychic that scams white women into being less racist. It’s basically Don’t Trust the B in Apartment 23 meets Miss Cleo. We were able to secure a Panavision grant for one million dollars worth of equipment and raised our Kickstarter goal with Dan O’ Shannon (Modern Family) being our biggest donor.  Our director (Charlotte Kennett), editor (Vanja Von Sek), producers (Miranda Panceho and myself), writer, and leads (Amanda Mcants and myself)  are all women. It is currently in post and we are excited to show the world our finished product.
