I think that a lot of women in the industry and a lot of women in general are really nasty to each other and really competitive with each other and they don’t build each other up. All women are brilliant. All women are smart. All women are beautiful and we need to tell each other that and help each out and give each other a hand. Because a woman coming into the industry with you is not your competitor so you need to bring her down. What if that person is your ally and you can reach out to each other and be stronger together. And then you add another person and another person.
